Three lawyers are running to complete the final two years of Peter Carlisle’s fourth term as Honolulu prosecutor. Carlisle resigned to run for mayor. The candidates are Keith Kaneshiro, Franklin “Don” Pacarro, Jr. and Darwin Ching.
