AT&T Merger Faces Scrutiny in Hawaii, Washington

Hawaii is one of several states asking for more information about the antitrust implications of a possible merger between AT&T and T-Mobile USA. 

The deal faced criticism this week, when Sen. Herb Kohl (D-Wis.) called it “highly dangerous to competition and consumers,” according to an article the National Journal.
