Djou hasn’t made it official yet but he has strongly suggested he’s got his sights set on Rep. Colleen Hanabusa‘s seat. The last time DC808 spoke with Djou, he bemoaned Hawaii’s current congressional representation as “ineffective, exceptionally vulnerable and very isolated.”
That sentiment was again present in this excerpt of a recent Djou email published by the National Journal: “Hawaii has become isolated in the U.S. House by the lack of bipartisan representation in our Congressional delegation.”
