Rep. Colleen Hanabusa said she hasn’t yet decided whether she’ll vote in support of the debt deal that President Barack Obama and congressional leaders announced Sunday night.

“I keep going back and forth,” Hanabusa said in an interview with DC808 in her office Monday evening.

The freshmen congresswoman is also keeping to herself a decision about whether she’ll run for re-election in the House or instead run for U.S. Senate.

“I keep telling everyone (I’ll decide) in August,” she said.

Reminded that today’s date is Aug. 1, Hanabusa laughed.

“I know it’s August first!” Hanabusa said. “But this is kind of early.”
