Another clock-related item we enjoyed this morning: The Hill’s piece about the Senate’s iconic Ohio Clock.

Sen. John Kerry called a proposed protective barrier for the historic timepiece “the ugliest thing I’ve ever seen,” the newspaper reported. Plus, is there any truth to the old legend that lawmakers stashed whiskey in the clock during Prohibition? (Probably not.)
