Obama Calls Joint Session To Talk Jobs

President Barack Obama is requesting a joint session of Congress to discuss jobs and the economy next week. Obama had promised to deliver a jobs plan next month, and the address is scheduled for Wednesday, Sept. 7. Read more from The Washington Post.
