Should the more than $1 trillion in savings expected from U.S. military withdrawals in Iraq and Afghanistan count toward the congressional super committee’s budget cuts?

That’s the question raised this morning by The Hill, which reports that members of the committee say everything — including counting drawdown savings toward their total cuts — is on the table.
