EMILY’s List Stays Focused on Hirono

As Republican former Gov. Linda Lingle ramps up her run for U.S. Senate, one of Rep. Mazie Hirono‘s key endorsement groups is doubling down its efforts to get support for the Democratic congresswoman.

The reproductive rights group EMILY’s list last week posted a blog entry titled “Mazie Needs our Help,” and this week posted a Q & A with the congresswoman. 

Hirono will first have to face fellow Democrat and former Congressman Ed Case in an August primary election.
