The federal government is granting nearly $15 million to improve and enhance bus fleets on Oahu, Maui and the Big Island.
Hawaii’s congressional delegates jointly announced on Wednesday that Hawaii would receive the funds as part of the Federal Transit Administration’s State of Good Repair grant. Honolulu will see the bulk of the money — $12 million.
