Sen. Daniel Akaka shared on Facebook a collection of photos from the ceremony honoring Sen. Daniel Inouye Monday night. Inouye received the Grand Cordon of the Order of the Paulownia Flowers, the highest honor that Japan gives to foreign citizens.
