Honolulu officials are in Washington this week for the annual transit conference known as Rail~Volution.

Among the attendees are City Council members Ikaika Anderson and Romy Cachola, Deputy Managing Director Chrystn Eads and Transit Oriented Development Manager Terrance Ware. 

Earlier this month, the City Council approved accepting $17,500 to pay for the trip from Pacific Resource Partnershipa carpenters union organization that advocates unionized construction.
