Inouye: Let Us Honor Veterans

Sen. Daniel Inouye issued a statement in observance of veterans day: 

“Please thank those who currently serve and their families for their willingness to give up so much so that we may live in a free society,” Inouye said. “We must never forget the countless men and women who fought and died for this country.”

Inouye is a World War II veteran and a Medal of Honor recipient.
