Charter school critic and author Natalie Hopkinson last week wrote a New York Times article about “Why School Choice Fails,” and this week talks with NPR about her concerns around charters. She dislikes the notion that we can “choose our way out of this mess.” Interesting to consider while Hawaii considers charter school law overhaul. Thoughts?
