BREAKING: State Regulators Approve Contract for North Shore Wind Farm

State regulators approved a contract between Boston-based First Wind and Hawaiian Electric Co. today for a 69-megawatt wind farm that will be located five miles north of Haleiwa.

The project will be the largest wind farm in the state.
