Carlisle: ‘Plow Forward’

The city is going to build its rail project, even if the federal government doesn’t come through with funding.

That’s what Mayor Peter Carlisle said in a ratio interview, and he’s standing behind his statement. It’s a departure from the previous understanding that without federal funding, the project can’t happen.
