Hawaii News Now reported last night that a Moiliili woman has filed a formal complaint about the tents that line Old Stadium Park because she says they get in her way when she’s jogging.

“I asked when I would see some action taking place, and they said within ten working days, they would have addressed the complaint,” Christal Cuadra told reporter Ben Gutierrez.
