Congress Passes Fewer Bills

Congress has had its least productive session in years, the Washington Post reports.

Through Nov. 30, the Senate passed 368 bills, the fewest since 1995. On the House side, 326 bills passed, the fewest in 10 non-election years, according to the newspaper.
