At 12 p.m. Tuesday, Mayor Peter Carlisle is a guest speaker at the Ha‘awi Mai Ka Pu‘uwai, Inc., graduation luncheon at the Sheraton Waikiki Hotel.

At 6 p.m., Carlisle delivers remarks at the Sheraton Hawaii Bowl Sunset on the Beach event, which will include football teams from the University of Southern Mississippi and the University of Nevada.
