Dylan Nonaka, a former Hawaii GOP executive director, has launched a super PAC called Hawaii Solutions.

As a non-candidate independent expenditure committee registered with the Hawaii Campaign Spending Commission, Hawaii Solutions can spend and act on behalf of candidates without their authorization. It cannot, however, contribute directly to a candidate.
