Received an interesting email from a member who wonders how long the new campus will remain nice, pointing out some recent low-income housing projects here that eventually became slums.
“The…expectation was that if we change the environment then it follows with certainty that those who experience the environment will be changed for the good,” wrote Jim Wright.
“I wonder what the measure of success for these expenditures will be.”
So do we. And what the incremental goals are along those success measures.
