The Hilton just got a green light.
Despite objections from a family that says it wasn’t notified or consulted about the impacts to its land, the Honolulu City Council has just unanimously approved a special permit to allow Hilton Hawaiian Village to move forward with a master development plan that will include new towers.
The votes were 9-0 on both Resolution 11-277 and 11-278.
