It’s a sure bet that Honolulu’s homeless and Occupy Honolulu protesters aren’t pleased.

Bill 54 FD1 has passed the Honolulu City Council.

It’s expected to be signed by Mayor Peter Carlisle.

A 15-minute recess is under way. Before leaving Council Chambers, the Occupy Honolulu protesters held one more “mic check” registering their displeasure with what they say is an unconstitutional law.
