The HSTA v. State of Hawaii hearings over a disputed labor contract have been postponed until Jan. 5. They convened for just under an hour today.
Something’s definitely in the works.
We’ll bet it has to do with the recent scolding Hawaii got from the U.S. Department of Education. Hawaii was told yesterday it stands to lose $75 million in Race to the Top education grant money because of the state’s “unsatisfactory performance.”
