Some of the priciest projects on Inouye’s list in 2010: Funding for the Honolulu rail project, construction at Pearl Harbor and several other defense projects.
Mississippi Republican Thad Cochran ranked No. 1 in the Senate with $498 million in earmarks. On the House side, Hawaii’s Mazie Hirono ranked No. 1 in earmarking.
