Local GOP Chair David Chang says Mitt Romney and Ron Paul have each paid the $5,000 required to be placed on the March 13 ballot here.

Newt Gingrich and Rick Santorum have inquired, while Rick Perry and Michele Bachmann are waiting to see how the race shakes out in January. Not sure about Jon Huntsman.
