Mayor To Tout Holiday Safety

Mayor Peter Carlisle and representatives from Honolulu’s police, fire, emergency services, and emergency management departments will hold an 11:30 a.m. press conference Friday to “encourage everyone to enjoy the holidays safely and responsibly.”

They will discuss drinking and driving, home safety, fire safety, health safety, fireworks safety, ocean safety, and mental health issues such as anxiety and depression.
