Need a Job? Try the Green Sector

The state has launched a new website of “green employers” as part or its green jobs initiative. 

It’s an eclectic assortment of employers and jobs. For instance, you can work at McDonald’s in Kapolei, filtering and recycling oil; at SunKing selling solar devices; or the Banana Patch Studio on Kauai, firing kilns powered by photovoltaics. 

Currently, there are 289 employers listed. Check it out here.
