The city announced today that there’s a new ambulance servicing the area from Moanalua to Makiki every day from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
“Kokua-1” out of Kuakini Medical Center will “enhance emergency medical coverage and reduce emergency response times,” according to a press release from the Emergency Services Department.
(FYI: The above photo is not of the new ambulance but of a different emergency medical vehicle here in Honolulu.)
