President Barack Obama said that growing up in Hawaii created a “laziness” in him, according to Politico’s account of an interview that’s set to air on Friday night.
“There is a deep down, underneath all the work I do, I think there’s a laziness in me,” Obama reportedly told Barbara Walters. “It’s probably from, you know, growing up in Hawaii, and it’s sunny outside and sitting on the beach.”
