President Barack Obama will join his wife and daughters in Kailua on Friday. Obama delayed his arrival in the Islands to work through a payroll tax dispute in Washington.

Before Obama boards Air Force One for vacation, he’ll offer remarks at the White House. 

The Obamas have no public events scheduled during their trip.
