Even after 14 rounds of voting, OHA trustees could not come up with the six votes necessary to replace Boyd Mossman.
Seven board members were present at a Maui meeting on the matter today; Donald Cataluna was absent.
The decision likely now goes to the governor — something OHA trustees were able to agree on unanimously.
