The state Office of Information Practices has placed two instructional videos on its website — one on the Uniform Information Practices Act and the other on the Sunshine Law.

Press release:

Each video is a power point presentation with a voice-over and is in two parts, which will take a total of approximately 1 ½ hours to complete.

OIP is using technology to efficiently leverage its limited resources. These on-line videos provide the same content that OIP formerly presented in person, and they are now more readily available 24/7 to all government agencies as well as members of the public.
