NORTH SHORE, Oahu, (HawaiiNewsNow) – Day 2 of the Billabong Pipe Masters is underway and surfers are describing the conditions as epic. After an historic opening day which saw waves ranging from 10-to-15 foot, surf today is in the range of 8-to-12 feet, but sets appear to be building.
