Tim McBroom, special assistant to Gov. Neil Abercrombie, is expected this week to complete a job probation that began three months ago when McBroom was arrested for refusing to leave a Waikiki bar.
In related news, the Star-Advertiser reports that McBroom today pled no contest in District Court to the charges and paid a fine.
