High schoolers smoke pot more than cigarettes, an annual University of Michigan study has found — 23 percent compared with 19 percent.

Good news: The rise in pot use also comes paired with a steep drop in binge drinking, from 40 percent to 22 percent. Unfortunately, there doesn’t appear to be a geographic breakdown of the study results so we can see how Hawaii compares to other states.
