Nearly 25 percent of the 300,000 grave markers at Arlington National Cemetery have possible problems like name misspellings, inaccurate birth and death dates, and incorrect rank and branch of service, according to an Army study required by Congress. 

But a federal spokeswoman says she is confident that such problems do not exist at Punchbowl cemetery in Honolulu, which is managed by a different entity.
