Former Army officer Joseph Yu, 29, described how he finally found a job after more than a year of looking after returning to Hawaii from his second deployment to Iraq. But the job that Yu found is temporary, so he will likely be looking for a job again in the springtime.
“I am currently on 90-day orders, which means I am working only for those 90 days,” Yu told Civil Beat. “In the meantime I have an opportunity to learn something new and serve on a full time status. I am very happy with the opportunity.”
