Romy Cachola is currently in the Philippines for a medical mission sponsored by the Philippine Medical Association of Hawaii.

Volunteers will be providing medical services and supplies in some of the country’s disadvantaged areas: Davao, Mindanao; Payatas, Quezon City; and Ilocos Sur.

Cachola will return to Honolulu on Dec. 24.
