The governor’s budget director, Kalbert Young, is in the hot seat before the Hawaii Labor Relations Board today. Civil Beat’s Katherine Poythress will be be blogging live (check our homepage).

As Katherine has written (tongue somewhat in cheek), at the rate that it’s taking HSTA attorney Herb Takahashi to conduct his case against the state, HLRB should wrap things up no later than 2017.
