Akaka to Speak at Van Dyke Memorial

Sen. Daniel Akaka is scheduled to speak at a memorial service for University of Hawaii law professor Jon Van Dyke, who died in November. 

The service will be held at the East-West Center, starting at 10 a.m. Van Dyke’s son is a spokesman in Akaka’s Washington office.
