Waiting for a transportation seminar to begin at the U.S. Conference of Mayors in Washington D.C., on Wednesday, Honolulu Mayor Peter Carlisle had a lengthy chat with Beverly Hills Mayor Barry Brucker. 

We have yet to spot Big Island Mayor Billy Kenoi, but we did catch a glimpse of Denis Dwyer, a Washington-based lobbyist who works on the Honolulu rail project.
