Candidates have to file a list of contributions collected and expenditures made in the second half of 2011 by the end of the month, but given that Cayetano just created his campaign this week, he might not have anything to reveal.
Cayetano’s organizational report — which lists Walter Heen as his chair and Rey Graulty as treasurer — was filed Thursday. Cayetano introduced the two former judges as his campaign co-chairs at his press conference.
Heen and Graulty are the only two officers listed. We’ll see if more emerge in subsequent updates.
