Hawaii has its row to hoe with charter school reform, but it is not alone.
Colorado is one of the many states across the country are seeking ways to better incorporate charter schools and hold them accountable. Even though it already has most of the basics down, now the state Board of Education is dealing with some of the same things Hawaii is: what rules, or “guiding principles” to use when holding charter schools accountable.
