Roger Christie will have to spend another six months in federal prison until he gets his day in U.S. District Court over felony drug charges.

Christie has been incarcerated at the Honolulu Federal Detention Center since July 2010.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Elliot Enoki says the trial “was continued to August 28 for all defendants due to a newly appointed attorney’s need for time.”
