DesJardins Goes Before Judiciary

Senate Judiciary and Labor will consider the nomination of Mimi DesJardins to the District Court of the Second Circuit on Maui. It’s set for 10 a.m. Thursday at the Capitol.

DesJardins, who was appointed by Hawaii Chief Justice Mark Recktenwald, has served as a part-time judge of the District Court of the Second Circuit since 2006.
