“We’re still doing the things necessary to make sure we’re in compliance with the rules and regulations of the stored property ordinance,” Fulton said. “We have a schedule that is not definitive yet, but we’re moving towards continuing enforcement.”
There had been a report from KITV that enforcement was set to begin yesterday. It hasn’t yet, and Fulton said the city hasn’t picked a day yet.
“The service providers are going out in front of us and talking to the people that are illegally camping on the sidewalks and in the parks,” Fulton said. “We’re moving forward.”
