The agenda for the Honolulu City Council‘s first full meeting of the new year will be posted later in the week. That’s the main course.
Today, we got the appetizer: the public hearing notice. It’s scheduled for 2 p.m. on Jan. 25, but of course might be pushed until later in the afternoon if the morning calendar runs long, as it occasionally does.
The public hearing includes four appointees and three bills, the most interesting of which is a proposal to set a cap on sewer service charges for limited income households.
