The U.S. Army profiled former Rep. Charles Djou, the congressional candidate who is deployed in Afghanistan with the Army Reserve.
Djou said that he believes the United States is making “tremendous progress” in the country, and that he has “every confidence that whatever happens here, we are doing the right thing.”
He also said that he’s “looking forward to getting a good pizza” when he returns to Hawaii. He added that, “in all seriousness,” he is most looking forward to seeing his family.
