Luke Organizes Fundraiser for House Dissidents

State House Rep. Sylvia Luke has planned a fundraiser for 10 fellow Democrats who helped her try to overthrow Speaker Calvin Say in 2010 and 2011.

The fundraiser ($50 donation suggested), which will be held at 5:30 p.m. Jan. 12 at Brasserie Du Vin downtown, is for Reps. Tom Brower, Scott Saiki, Della Au Belatti, Faye Hanohano, Chris Lee, Scott Nishimoto, Dee Morikawa, Mele Carroll, Gil Keith-Agaran and Mark Nakashima.
