Meeting of the Mayors in D.C.

Honolulu Mayor Peter Carlisle and Hilo Mayor Billy Kenoi are scheduled to be in Washington this week for the annual U.S. Conference of Mayors Winter Meeting, which formally begins on Wednesday.
